Very good family trip in London. Thank you London Pass.

London Pass was great . Lots of tours .
Hop on Hop off bus was not great . Buses were scarce . Buses did not stop to collect people. No replacement bus supplied when someone had been ill on the bus . Rather use other buses as they are more frequent .

The pass puts all your visit plans in one place and offers great information about the places in London I wanted to see!

Everything was fine except that it said it included the train ticket to Windsor and it wasn't true, I had to pay for it.

The passport sesms a good invention. We saw 6 attractions and reportedly saved ourselves £312.14. I paid £399.00 though. What did I save myself???? We wanted to watch the Horse Guard on Sunday, July 10th, 2022, unfortunately it was canceled due to a run, there was nothing on the homepage of you and the horse guard. We also wanted to see Westminster Appey, this church was also closed. No information on any website. I'm quite upset that we couldn't do this even though we paid. I will not recommend the London Pass to anyone. This one is too expensive!!!
What do I have to do to get my difference back?

It was less than expected, the Shard make a deep difference between someone who buy directly and with London pass, most of tours were full or not available.

the london pass was well accepted everywhere but was never used as a cut-out as stated on the site.

It is one of the most advantageous ways to explore London, saves a lot of money on tickets. The only minor issue I found perhaps it’s that some actractions need to be booked in advance and it’s not possible to do this via the web page. But I had an awesome experience. I recommend it.

The card is fine, although sometimes it is not clear if you have to book in advance or not. You have to assess well what you want to see and organize the route, because if not, it may not pay off. You have to take into account the queues to enter the sites. That wastes time and cannot always be amortized. For example, we left the Tower of London without seeing the Crown Jewels, because there was a long queue, and if we waited, then we lost the reserved time at The Shard because there was no time to get there and see London Bridge first.

Hop on bus and Uberboat were unbeliavebly good, we used free entry to St. Pauls, Royal Mews, Tower of London, Cutty Sark, Westminster Abbey, Kensington Palace within 3 days. Just count the entry fees together...

Totally worth it.

Overall good value for money. However, several attractions need separate reservation which becomes difficult to manage. Shard were selling direct tickets for the same day, but they said they have no open slot for London pass holders. I couldnt visit it.

We bought the pass that would cover the amount of days we were there! After two days we realized we were going to see and visit more than what we paid for the pass. Loved the ease of not standing in line for tickets and it was so easy to use on the app. We knew which places were closed during our visit and could easily look up each place we were visiting. We even went to some places that we may not have even considered due to the LP. Definitely worth it and we didn’t even use it each day of our visit!

The London Pass made our trip so much more relaxing and we knew we would be able to enjoy all the places we wanted to see without waiting in long lines. Will definitely recommend to any of my friends traveling there.

The pass was easy to use and hit all the highlights. It would have been nice to be able to use it for 36 hours, there is really too much to try to do it in 24 to get the most value. The biggest attractions are of course, very spread out and you spend a lot of the time trying to get from one place to another.
